The year 2019 has definitely ended with an amazing Good Newwz with not just the film having many light-hearted funny moments but also outstanding performances by the cast of the film.
Varun Batra (Akshay Kumar) and Deepti Batra (Kareena Kapoor Khan), the elite couple living in Mumbai are trying hard to get pregnant with Deepti being desperate of having a baby while Varun does not have any fatherly instincts at all. After several failed attempts they are referred to IVF specialist doctor couple, the Joshis (Adil Hussain and Tisca Kapoor) and that’s where the entire mishap of sperm sample mix-up happens in which the samples of the Chandigarh-based couple, Honey Batra (Diljit Dosanjh) and Monika Batra (Kiara Advani), get’s mixed up with Varun and Deepti due to the confusion with the surname. The first half of the film has many moments that will make you jump off your seats laughing while the second half is a bit sentimental with a message of how childbirth impacts the woman physically, psychologically and emotionally. The story, outstanding performances and bang-on comic timing of Good Newwz will keep you entertained throughout the movie with no dull moments at all.
