The Mauritanian is a new Hollywood legal drama film 2021 that has been directed by Kevin Macdonald. The screenplay of the movie has been written by M.B. Traven, Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani. It is based on a 2015 memoir Guantánamo Diary that has been written by Mohamedou Ould Salahi. The film stars Jodie Foster, Tahar Rahim, Shailene Woodley and Benedict Cumberbatch in leading characters alongside Zachary Levi and Saamer Usmani. The Mauritanian, produced
