TVS Motor Company Launches Bluetooth-Connected Electric Three-Wheeler, King EV MAX
TVS Motor Company has introduced the TVS King EV MAX, India's first Bluetooth-connected electric three-wheeler. Designed to meet the growing demand for eco-friendly urban transportation, the King EV MAX comes with several features aimed at improving connectivity and efficiency. Priced at ₹2,95,000 (ex-showroom), the vehicle is currently available at select dealerships in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, and West Bengal. A nationwide rollout is planned in the coming months. The King EV MAX comes with a warranty of 6 years or 1.5 lakh km (whichever is earlier) and includes 24/7 roadside assistance for the first three years.
The King EV MAX is powered by a 51.2V lithium-ion LFP battery, offering a certified range of 179 km on a single charge. It supports quick charging, taking 2 hours and 15 minutes to reach 80% charge and 3.5 hours for a full charge. The vehicle's performance includes a top speed of 60 km/h and acceleration from 0-30 km/h in 3.7 seconds. It also features three driving modes—Eco, City, and Power—with speeds of 40 km/h, 50 km/h, and 60 km/h, respectively.
The electric three-wheeler is equipped with connected features through TVS SmartXonnect™ technology. Users can access real-time navigation, alerts, and vehicle diagnostics via a smartphone. The vehicle also supports a customizable fleet management solution and comes with telematics capabilities. For safety and utility, the King EV MAX offers water-wading capability up to 500 mm and a gradability of 31%, making it suitable for challenging urban conditions.
Additional features include LED headlamps and tail lamps, ergonomic seating, and a spacious cabin for passenger comfort. The vehicle also promises free maintenance for the first three years, according to the company.
TVS Motor Company has launched the King EV MAX in key states and plans to expand its availability soon. It aims to provide a sustainable transportation solution for fleet operators and individual users while addressing the need for clean urban mobility.
