'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani' Triumphs: Crosses Rs.50 Crore Mark in Just Four Days!

"Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani," featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles and directed by Karan Johar, has surpassed the Rs 50 crore mark at the domestic box office within just four days of its release, as reported on July 31. The film, produced by Dharma Productions, has amassed a total of Rs 52.92 crore in its initial four days. On Monday, it added Rs 7.03 crore to its collection, bringing the overall earnings from Rs 45.90 crore to Rs 52.92 crore, according to the official social media pages of Dharma Productions.

The family entertainer, directed by Johar in his 25th anniversary year, also features cinema veterans Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan.

Johar's banner Dharma Productions shared the film's latest collection on its official social media pages.

"This kahaani of the Randhawas & Chatterjees is filling the box office with entertainment and love!" the production company posted on Twitter.

According to the banner, the movie earned Rs 7.03 crore on Monday, bringing up total earnings from Rs 45.90 crore to Rs 52.92 crore.

"Rocky Aur Rani..." follows the love story of the titular couple who belong to contrasting backgrounds and cultures. Film promises to be a wholesome, big-screen entertainer, blending Johar's storytelling finesse with an impressive ensemble cast, grandeur and music. There were also many scenes of the two romancings and fighting, celebrating all kinds of festivals with their families, and possibly a wedding.
