Why is DIY Day Celebrated?
This day’s history is not that old as it was created recently by the Craft Box Girls Team. Their mission is to celebrate makers and inspire people to create and explore new ideas which they can make on their own. But we do have a little knowledge about its past when recently Italian archaeologists unearthed the ruins of 6th century BC Greek temple-like structure which came with many detailed assembly instructions and therefore now being called as an “ancient IKEA building”.
