Breed

Size

When it comes to collars, size is very important. Always go for a collar that is snug enough to fit two fingers between the neck and the collar. While a loose collar will keep falling, a tighter one will cause discomfort. In many cases, it even leads to the loss of fur around the neck area. 

Also, you need to keep a check on the neck size, if your pet is still growing.
