1.The Magic Drink

When you wake up in the morning, the first task you have to do is drink 500-700 ml of warm water with 4 drops of lemon in it. This drink will induce your metabolism and will help you digest food all day long. Metabolism plays a vital role in your fitness journey. We need to fasten your metabolism so that you can burn maximum calories.

2. Avoid 3 Whites

You have to avoid three whites to accomplish your goal. The first white is SALT as it retains a lot of water in the body which further leads to increased weight. The second white is MAIDA, it is refined wheat flour and is majorly used in all kinds of junk foods. Please remember that maida is very difficult to digest as there is no fibre present in it and lowers the metabolic rate. The third white is GHEE, though ghee is healthy for our body but, during fitness journey you must eliminate it from your food. Ghee is high in saturated fats which will harden your fitness journey. 

3. When The Clock Strikes 8, I Am Sorry You Are Late

You cannot have any food after 8 pm. The metabolic rate drops naturally after 8 pm, which means whatever you would eat after 8 pm would only gain weight. 

4. Sleep & Sweat

Abrupt sleep patterns play a significant role in gaining weight. A person needs to sleep for at least 8 hours to be able to maintain body weight in the desired manner. 10:00 PM is the ideal time to sleep. The later you sleep, the higher chances of midnight snacking will be there. Midnight snacking are unhealthy eating habits that will make your fitness goal tougher to achieve. Other than proper sleep, you also have to inculcate a habit of walking for at least 20 minutes after each meal. Although diet routine plays the most part here but shedding some calories through walking is very important.

5. What To Eat

Now, the most favourite part, what all can you eat? Increase fibre intake in the form of salad veggies such as cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes during any time of the day. You may take one slice of brown bread with 2 egg whites for lunch, a bowl full of apples, oranges and/or watermelon with little rock salt sprinkled over it for mid-day snacking. Oranges are rich in fibre and roughage which absorbs fat and leaves the body as waste. You can have as many oranges as you want, that too any time during the day. For dinner, you can have salad and saute veggies in 1 tsp olive oil, black pepper, and very little rock salt. Have at least 3 or 4 litres of water every day.

Please be informed that this is not a permanent solution to get back in shape. A long-term change can happen only when you bring a change in your lifestyle.
