4. Stay hydrated

Ideally, you must drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day. However, you can increase the amount of water you drink in a week to detoxify your body. Increase the consumption of water during the day and avoid drinking water right before you sleep.

5. Set your sleep schedule

It is important to get at least 8 hours of sleep in a day. Only a healthy lifestyle can help you stay fit. Exercise, eat healthily, and sleep well: these are the three things you must do to give a boost to your fitness program at home.
