4. Shake within the bowl or scrub off the buildup
Now dip and shake the brush or just the bristles several times in the cleaning mixture to loosen and remove oils, dead skin cells and product buildup. However, if the brush is too dirty, try scrubbing off the buildup from the base of the brush with the help of a toothbrush.
5. Rinse and dry
